Return Eligibility
Returns shall be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Product substantially differs from ordered item.
Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing minervalearningseries@gmail.com.
The customer must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs or videos
- Description of the issue
Non-Returnable Products
Returns shall not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect ordering by customer.
- Used books.
- Books damaged after delivery.
- Marked or written-on books.
- Digital products.
- Downloadable resources.
- Customized or special-order publications.
Replacement Policy
Where possible, we shall provide a replacement copy instead of a refund.
Replacement availability is subject to stock.
Refund Policy
Refunds shall be processed when:
- Replacement is unavailable.
- Product cannot be replaced.
- Order is cancelled before dispatch.
- Product is confirmed lost in transit.
Approved refunds shall be credited through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing minervalearningseries@gmail.com.
Orders already shipped may not be cancelled.
We reserve the right to deduct payment gateway or transaction charges where applicable.
Lost Shipment
Where a courier partner confirms loss of shipment, we shall either:
- Dispatch a replacement product; or
- Issue a full refund.
Return Shipping
For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect deliveries, return shipping costs shall be borne by us.
